Fees for members of HSPS/MGYT 

MGYT MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION, REGISTRATION

Fees include 27 % VAT.  Lunch price include 5 % VAT. 

*PhD students are entitled to a discounted fee on the basis of a certificate issued by the relevant Doctoral School.

HSPS/MGYT members, PhD student, Retired colleagues and exihibitors/sponsors registration fees include:

• access to the scientific programme and exhibition area, congress programme booklet,
• welcome reception on 23 May (Thursday),
• congress dinner on 24 May (Friday)
• and coffee breaks.

  Lunches are not included in the registration fees, but can be orderd during online registration.
  

  The price is 8 500 HUF (including 5 % VAT).
  The registration fees includes dinners on May 23rd and May 24th, covering only the dinner.
  The post-dinner program is organized and supported by MGYT. 

  Registration fee contain certain benefits that do not qualify as fringe benefits, therefore – if registration is funded by a company/foundation/institution – the payer of the invoice is liable to taxation.
  The benefit, amounts to gross 31 480 HUF/person  (13 340 HUF – 23/05/2024. + 13 340 HUF – 24/05/2024.+ 4 800 HUF – 25/05/2024.).

KGYSZ members registration fee include:

• access to the scientific programme and exhibition area, congress programme booklet,
• welcome reception on 23 May (Thursday),
• lunch on 24 May (Friday) (The cost of lunch on May 24 (Friday) for KGYSZ members is supported by the Hungarian Organization of Hospital Pharmacists),
• congress dinner on 24 May (Friday)
• and coffee breaks.

Undergraduate Student registration fee include:

• access to the scientific programme and exhibition area, congress programme booklet,
• and coffee breaks.
  Lunches and dinners are not included in the registration fees, but can be orderd during online registration.
  Lunch is 8 500 HUF (including 5 % VAT).
  Dinner is 20 000 HUF (including 27 % VAT). 

Registration fee contain certain benefits that do not qualify as fringe benefits, therefore – if registration is funded by a company/foundation/institution – the payer of the invoice is liable to taxation. The benefit, amounts to gross 15 600 HUF/person  (4 800 HUF – 23/05/2024. + 6 000 HUF – 24/05/2024.+ 4 800 HUF – 25/05/2024.).

DAY TICKET:

• access to the scientific programme and exhibition area, congress programme booklet,
• that day’s lunch,
• and coffee breaks.

Registration fee contain certain benefits that do not qualify as fringe benefits, therefore – if registration is funded by a company/foundation/institution – the payer of the invoice is liable to taxation. The benefit, amounts to gross 13 340 HUF/person/day.

ACCOMPANYING PERSON:
Lunch, dinner tickets and accommodation can be ordered during online registration.

Deadline for reduced registration fees: 22 March 2024
Deadline for accommodation reservations: 10 April 2024
Registration deadline: 10 May 2024

Your registration will be final and valid when the fee is transferred to the bank account of the organizing office.
