Fees include 27 % VAT.  

 

*PhD students are entitled to a discounted fee on the basis of a certificate issued by the relevant Doctoral School.


Registration fees include:

  • access to the scientific programme and exhibition area, symposium programme booklet,
  • welcome reception on 23 May (Thursday),
  • lunch on 24 May (Friday),
  • and coffee breaks.

Lunches on 23 May (Thursday) and on 25 May (Saturday) are not included in the registration fee, but can be orderd during online registration.
The price is 25 EUR (including 5 % VAT).
On-site lunch orders are limited.

ACCOMPANYING PERSON:
Lunch, dinner tickets and accommodation can be ordered during online registration.

Tax rules for foreign participants:
The registration fees include certain elements that are not considered under Hungarian provisions of law as non-wage benefits, after which the economic operator who is the payer of the invoice is required to pay taxes.
Tax rules are determined by the tax laws of their own country.

Your registration will be final and valid when the fee is transferred to the bank account of the organizing office.
